Ask for help clearly

Copy the exact error message. Include the preceding action and what you expected. If you send a screenshot, keep the relevant area and hide other people's details and sign-in codes.

A useful answer starts by checking a specific cause. After each attempt, record what changed. If nothing changed, say so before repeating the command.

“15 dollars per month” may mean monthly billing or 180 dollars upfront for a year: 15 × 12 = 180. These are fictional prices. Check the amount due today.

Before paying, complete this card using the plan page, terms and help pages.

QuestionWhat to record
What am I paying for?Product and plan; chat, API or third-party tool
What will be charged now?Final amount, currency and tax if shown
What period does it cover?Month or year; next billing date
What is included?Required features and visible limits
What costs extra?Additional usage, team seats or an external service
How do I stop renewal?Where to cancel; status and access end date
Where did I check?Source link and date

A chat subscription may not cover API usage or connected services. Check their billing separately. A spending alert and a hard spending cap are also different settings: read what the selected limit actually does.
